On a professional level, Long Resources was well-connected and instantly recognised my skill set and the roles most suitable for me. He also provided me with a great deal of information regarding the company I was applying for and the format of my interviews to help ensure I was as well prepared as possible.

On a personal level, Long Resources seemed genuinely interested in my career. One example that comes to mind is his calls to me prior to interviews to wish me good luck (something I have not experienced in my dealings with other recruiters).
