Richard is one of the meticulous head hunters that I have come across. I had the pleasure of working with Richard when I led Infor's ANZ consulting practice from 2011 to 2015. Richard and I worked on a few different requirements and every time he followed the same meticulous approach of gathering all the requirements before venturing out on the head-hunting process.
